Shipping. Returns. Refunds

SHIPPING: All items are shipped out on Fridays of the current week, unless item has express shipping. All Pre-Order items will come with specific shipping instructions. Packages with four items or more may be subject to additional charges due to weight. We will contact you directly to notify you prior to processing your order if this is the case. Items placed before 2:00pm Eastern Time will be eligible for that current week's shipping. Items placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time will be shipped the following Friday. 

  • Standard shipping (3-6 business days) 
  • Express Shipping (2 business days)

Please note that all shipping fees are non refundable. 

RETURNS: We are happy to exchange or return any purchased merchandise to you within 7 days of receiving the original order. Please note that a lot of our pieces are upcycled and revamped, so please keep in mind that minor wear is possible. If items are completely unwearable, returns and exchanges will not be honored with brand credit. Items that do not qualify for a refund or an exchange will not be processed. Customer will be notified and items will be sent back to the customer upon request.

REFUNDS: There are no refunds, but we are happy to offer brand credit for damaged or unwearable items in the form of a brand gift card within 7 days of receiving the original order. 

STUDIO PICK UP: We offer free studio pick ups for our local customers within a 30-mile radius of our store location in Baltimore, MD. Order today, pick up tomorrow! If your items have a longer processing time you will be notified via email when your items are available. Store pickup hours: Monday - Wednesday 10am - 7pm, Thursday - Saturday 11am - 5pm

If a package is refused or the incorrect address is supplied at checkout the customer will be held responsible to pay all shipping costs for the order and back to Style Fanatic Stylings. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, refused packages and undeliverable packages can take several weeks or longer to be received back to our facilities, the transit time is completely in the hands of the shipping carrier. Style Fanatic Stylings will not process any refunds until the items are returned back to our facility.
